Return/Refund Policy

At Southern Sisters we hope you LOVE the items you get from us as much as we do, we know sometimes an item just doesn’t work out! Looking and feeling good is number one around here and we want you to be happy! We’re happy to offer a flexible return policy.

All returns are issued as store credit if contacted within 7 days of the delivery date with a receipt of the item and the item has never been worn or washed and the tags must still be on the item. If the item has any wear & tear, the exchange will be denied. (smoke free condition, no stains or odors!) If you miss that deadline by a few days – no worries. We totally understand! Original shipping cost will not be given in the store credit.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. You must purchase your own label.
  • Please include receipt or confirmation of an online order.

Refunds will ONLY be issued in the form of original payment if the item is no longer in stock. In that case you will be refunded for the item and shipping.

Store credit will be issued via email with a code to use on your next purchase. 

To initiate a return, please email southernsistersshoppe@gmail.com with subject Return Request. Please indicate in your email: Order number, the date of purchase, and reason for the return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Bralettes
  • Bath & body products
  • Leggings
  • Candles
  • Free gifts & promotional items
